What Flanagan’s Townhouse is all about
The Story so far…
Here at Flanagan’s Townhouse we believe that the hospitality that we provide should be personal to the customer. We’re all about creating a lasting relationships. At the opening of Flanagan’s Townhouse, Thomas Street, Limerick the values of getting to know our customers was well and truly made clear. Speaking about Flanagan’s owner Cathal Quinn makes it clear about Flanagan’s policies regarding customer service: ‘At Flanagan’s, we build up friends, we create friendships and we get to know people’. This is something that we really believe in. We want each and every customer to feel like they are a friend to Flanagan’s Townhouse, and that once you’ve joined us you’ll know what we stand for: Great staff, Great Food, Great People. And it’s not just talk, we have had years of experience. Our sister restaurant, Flanagan’s on the Lake, Ballina, Killaloe, Tipperary stands testament to our undoubtable great customer service and great food. And Flanagan’s Townhouse is a reflection of all that we do and what we have learned from our customers in Killaloe and Ballina. We brought that loved hospitality here to Limerick City. We are also so lucky to have our establishment in such a beautiful and historic setting. We’ve brought number 31 Thomas Street back the days of Fox’s Hotel and Tucker’s Hotel and back to the hospitality service that it was once famous for. The interiors that you see in Flanagan’s Townhouse are our interpretation of what a great Georgian building such as ours should look like in a contemporary setting. Through our interiors we respect heritage, but we also make sure that our space is contemporary and inviting to our guests. We believe that there is so much in the city of Limerick to reflect back on, while also looking to the future of hospitality.
